Works Contract for Maternity and Associated Services

Tender description

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust ('the Authority') wishes to carry out a competition in relation to Works Contract for Standalone and associated building works/services. The trust would like contractors to price three different options. The options are as follows; Option 1; Three Theatres (Twin Maternity and OSU Theatres) - Twin Maternity Theatres and Associated works (Theatres 1 & 2) - OSU Theatre and associated works (Theatre 3) Option 2; Twin Maternity Theatres - Twin Maternity Theatres and Associated works (Theatres 1 & 2) Option 3; Single Maternity Theatre - A single Maternity Theatre and Associated works (Theatre 1 only) Contractors are required to submit a bid for all three options. Bidders shall refer to drawings, scope of works, & ADB C-Sheets for each option when pricing. Tenders are invited from contractors specialising in construction of Operating Theatres.
