Tender description

Tender for inclusion in a framework for the supply of wood fuel for 3 Biomass Boilers for 4 years. The framework will encompass wood fuel supply to 3 biomass heating systems at: a) Bicester Leisure Centre -max capacity rating c. 500kw estimated fuel demand c 700 tons -woodchip 30 %-40 % moisture content. b) Bodicote House max. capacity c 145kw estimated fuel demand c 55 tons -wood pellet c) Thorpe Lane Depot max. capacity c 40kw estimated fuel demand c25 tons -woodchip (30 % moisture content) There will be discussions with regard to the design of the fuel store and delivery system at Bicester Leisure Centre .We wish to discuss the nature of the proposed improvements with prospective bidders through Dialogue. Although there is no guarantee we would be able to fund this .The option of detailing both the proposed cost and subsequent pricing for delivery would help build a financial understanding This would run alongside the price for supply and delivery.
