HEFCE is commissioning this work to inform its understanding of value for money and efficiency in the higher education sector in England. The successful applicant will undertake a review of the annual Value for Money (VfM) reports submitted by English higher education institutions to HEFCE in December 2017 (relating to the 2015-16 academic year). Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
