Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Hire and Servicing of Portable Toilets and Sanitation Units to HRI and Subsidiaries

Tender description

HRI and subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced provider for the hire and servicing of portable toilets and sanitation units for race meetings and events. The initial contract will be with Leopardstown Racecourse, Fairyhouse Racecourse and HRI for the hire and servicing of portable toilets and sanitation units for racedays and other events from 01/12/2017 to 31/12/2018. Please note that HRI provides no guarantee to any future expenditure beyond the initial contract. During the lifetime of the framework should HRI & Subsidiaries have a requirement for hire and servicing of portable toilets and sanitation units, the conditions outlined in section 1.3 of this document may be engaged. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies from a particular economic operator. Tufloo Toilet Rentals Ltd, JFK Road, Naas Road, Dublin 12 is the successful tenderer in line with the published award criteria.
