Runnymede requires a bespoke piece of evidence to help support the delivery of a new garden village at Longcross which not only delivers the necessary infrastructure to enable a sustainable new settlement but which also adheres to garden village principles. As such, Runnymede will require the consultant to prepare a report and make recommendations for how a new garden village can be viably delivered with the necessary infrastructure and to garden village principles.
