Refurbishment of Bungalow

Tender description

Purley on Thames Parish Council is looking to refurbish a bungalow situated at the Recreation Ground in Purley. To this end it has prepared a Tender Enquiry specifying the work that it would require to be undertaken. If you are interested in undertaking this work please the Tender enquiry document. All completed Tenders Enquiry documents need to be return to the Parish Council at the above address no later than 09:00 on the 17th July 2017. We would expect to be able to advise the successful contractor by the first week in August 2017. In addition to the details required by the Tender Enquiry we would also require the following information: - Estimated start date if successful - Estimated duration of the work / completion date. - At least two reference sites were you have undertaken similar work, were we can consult the clients if we so choose. If you wish to undertake a site visit please contact us. Email is the preferred route as the office is only open Mondays 14:30 till 18:30 and Thursdays 09:30 till 14:30.
