Tender description
PCC currently receives an allocation from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to deliver study programme provision to young people 16-19, or up to age 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The LA wishes to use this funding allocation to procure from a high quality local provider a contract to develop and deliver an offer combining NEET engagement activity and a small range of full and part-time courses. All provision will be subject to ESFA rules and regulations ( https://www.gov.uk/guidance/16-to-19-education-funding-guidance ) for 16-19 funding allocations.
