Tender description

Demolition of 1 250 m², new 2-storey extension of 4 391 m², temporary accommodation of 646 m², ball courts, external store and site works, together with alterations to parts of the existing 1 887 m² area of school retained, including roof renewal and some internal upgrading works. The partial demolition of the existing school and the removal of existing pre-fabricated buildings; the provision of temporary school accommodation for the duration of the construction works; alterations and extension to the existing school and the construction of a new 2-storey extension comprising classrooms, laboratories, technical rooms, a special needs unit, social areas, administration rooms, stores, toilets and other ancillary spaces, an external store with covered yard, new ballcourts and associated site works.
