Tender description
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital in the South East of England. The Trust was legally established on 14.2.2000 and provides a full range of general hospital services, and some areas of specialist complex care to around 560 000 people living in the South of West Kent and the North of East Sussex. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust Linen Services is a subsidiary of Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and provides all the linen for the two hospitals. We also have external contracts ranging from other NHS'S, nursing homes, private hospitals, hotels and catering companies. This contract is to provide and supply all laundry chemicals and related services including the installation and maintenance of dispensing systems/equipment. In line with HTM 01-04 Decontamination of linen for health and social care. The contract will include provision of energy efficiencies and all money saving initiatives.
