Brickwork Supplier for Responsive Repairs/Maintenance to Richmondshire District Council

Tender description

Richmondshire District Council wishes to tender for the Provision of a Brickwork provider, to support the repairs/maintenance of the Council's housing stock. The requirement is to appoint a supplier who is able to support, when required, the in house repairs and maintenance team in the delivery of the service. The housing stock (1620 dwellings) range in terms of types and standards. Tenderers should note that not all of the Council's housing stock are located within the central Richmond area. Richmond District is a rural area therefore road network limitations can present significant access problems and travel times. The successful tenderers will enter into a 24 months agreement with a possible 2 x 12 month extension which is at the Councils discretion. The deadline for expressing interest in this opportunity is 12 Noon Tuesday 23rd May 2017. Submissions must be received by 12 noon Tuesday 6th June 2017 The tendering process will be electronic via the ProContract portal system.
