Tender description

The existing public toilets are used by both members of the public and fee paying berth holders in the harbour. The existing shower facilities are only used by the berth holders via the coded door locks. The harbour authority wish to create physically separate toilet and shower facilities for the berth holders together with new unisex toilets for the general public.
