FCHO Door Entry — 1 contractor to deliver the following 4 elements: 1. Reactive Repairs Service and Maintenance to all FCHO Door Entry Access Control Systems; 2. The complete management of existing Fob Access Systems until such time all upgrades have been completed and handed over to FCHO; 3. The complete upgrade of existing systems as per this specification; 4. Automatic Door Annual Service Inspections. The Service will be completed to properties within the geographical area of Oldham.
