0309/OH - Minor Environmental Works

Tender description

Ongo Homes Ltd has an annual requirement to undertake minor environmental works to properties and public open land within its ownership and management. The work will be geographically located within the boundaries of the North Lincolnshire Council Authority which extends from South Killingholme in the east to Wroot in the west and as far south as Kirton-in-Lindsey with a natural boundary to the north formed by the river Humber. None of the works will be confined to a particular location or type and will be spread out throughout the authority. The works will be very sporadic and as such could be as little as supplying a single gate to a property, or creating an off street parking space to another property in a totally different geographic location. Generally the works will include, but not be limited to the following: • Replacement of boundary walls fences and gates • Construction of in curtilage car parking • Construction of off road car parking in public open space • Replacement of footpaths and hard standings • Minor landscaping works including tree planting and shrub beds
