Tender description
Three 10-year TPC2005 (as amended) Contracts for the provision of Repairs and Voids (Lot 1) and Major Works (Lots 2 and 3, covering defined geographical areas). Contract for the provision of repairs and voids (Lot 1) Repairs and voids works will comprise of responsive repairs to domestic dwellings, including the communal areas of flat blocks; void works to dwellings within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA); and void works to dwellings outside of the HRA.
