Tender description

Four (4) TPC 2005 Term Partnering Contracts to deliver programmes of Domestic Heating, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services and Lift Services over a contract term of 10 years. Lot 1 (Domestic Heating) comprises servicing, repairs and breakdowns under a 3* model. Lot 2 (Mechanical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and replacements under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Lot 3 (Electrical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and rewires under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Lot 4 (Lifts) comprises servicing, repairs and refurbishments, under a fixed annual price for repairs and servicing plus project based pricing for refurbishments. 1 contractor will be selected to provide each Lot. CityWest Homes to deliver a programme of domestic heating servicing and repairs plus boiler replacement works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a term of 10 years. CityWest Homes is to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of mechanical servicing, repairs and replacement works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a term of 10 years. CityWest Homes is to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of electrical servicing, repairs and rewiring works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a term of 10 years. CityWest Homes is to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of lift servicing, repairs and refurbishment works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a term of 10 years.
