Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information for the purpose of establishing whether any company or organisation delivers a software package specifically for Accounts Payable to prevent duplicate payment of invoices, supplier master file cleansing, check vat tolerance levels and assist in identifying fraud. Information provided will assist the council in finalising the requirements of the business and the approach to the market in securing the solution.
