It is essential that we ensure that investment is being used correctly, that the decisions being made are valid and the IT systems being implemented will truly support their business purpose. Problem to Be Solved We require assurance that our methods, teams and roadmaps will lead to the outcomes we desire, and advisory on any potential improvements.
