Tender description

The Ministry of Justice is seeking to establish commercial arrangements for the provision of construction works and services. This PIN is issued to engage with the market about the procurement of commercial arrangements for the delivery of construction works and services to the MoJ, other government departments and the wider public sector. The purpose is to gather feedback from contractors, trade associations and industry groups. The MoJ would like to explore potential contracting options further with construction works and services providers and key stakeholders within the construction industry and purchasers of construction works and services. The MoJ want to explore areas such as: — How services could be procured; — Division of services into frameworks, separate lots within frameworks, contracts and dynamic purchasing systems; — Appropriate value bandings for frameworks, separate lots within frameworks, contracts and dynamic purchasing systems. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to: (i) Inform the market of a prospective opportunity for the supply of construction works and services; (ii) Provide information to suppliers on how to express an interest and (iii) Sign post suppliers to the questionnaire — which suppliers are requested to complete as it will help inform the design of the commercial arrangements.
