Tender description

The Framework Agreement for the provision of Multi Specialism professional services Framework will complement the current in-house resources and will be used to provide a single route to access the provision of strategic, high level, broad based and innovative advice across a wide range of disciplines. Longer term high value, complex and multidisciplinary contracts (typically more than 1 month) that will include more than 1 consultancy specialism to assure the successful delivery of significant Contracting Authority projects and or programmes. There are 4 main elements within the scope of the Framework: 1. Context: Transformational Projects 2. Role: Client-side Advisory Services 3. Role: Client Side Programme Delivery 4. Nature: Multi-Disciplinary Deployment of Resources. The Public Sector Shared Services Programme OBC Support Assignment will be used as a path finder to establish the Collaborative Framework Agreement which other bodies can use to call off their requirements.
