Swale and Ure Drainage Board is undertaking a Preliminary Market Consultation to help it determine the best way forward to procure its management services and demonstrate value for money. The process will provide external perspectives, advice and challenge to enable the board to better understand and assess relevant market interest and capability for supporting these improvement themes along with assessment of a proposed specification. It will also help the board to determine appropriate methods for delivering management services. Management services include the following required services: - Chief Executive/Clerk, - Finance Officer, - Rating Officer, - Engineer (Operations), - Engineer (Planning & Enforcement), - Catchment Officer/Asset Manager, - Health & Safety advisor, - Environmental Advisor, - Administrator, - IT Support. Please note North Lincolnshire Council is acting as commissioned procurement agent on behalf of the Swale and Ure Drainage Board. Organisations wishing to participate in this preliminary market consultation may complete a short questionnaire and return no later than 12:00 noon 7.7.2017. Please note this is not a formal tender process and no contract will be awarded following this preliminary market consultation process. Swale and Ure Drainage Board will advertise a contract notice in due course following market consultation through this process.
