Tender description

As part of Rotherham, Doncaster & South Humberside NHS Trust's policy, any project/job over a specific value requires either 3 quotations or a tender raising, which works well for large projects. However we also have to take into account our cumulative spend over a 12 month period with each contractor. This is where we have problems, in that we have a number of projects that fall within the value thresholds per job but cumulatively over the year we exceed the financial spend per supplier. The contract is for one year. (2017 - 2018)
