Tender description
Provision of commercial and diplomatic shipments (freight and mail) to and from locations globally, primarily by air but all transport modes may be employed. Provision for collection and delivery of secure documentation globally. Provision of aircraft charter for cargo movements. The framework will be divided into 7 lots, 5 lots for general cargo and mail shipments, both Diplomatic and commercial, 1 lot for collection and delivery of secure documentation globally and 1 lot for cargo aircraft charter.
