Tender description
District Heating in Multi-Storey Flats and Maisonettes. This contract will appoint a Contractor to design and build 2 underground DHNs and associated energy centres in Lincoln Green and Ebor Gardens and to refurbish and/or upgrade existing plant within 2 existing energy centres at Saxton Gardens and Ebor Gardens. The Contractor shall take on responsibility for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the operational parts of the systems including a metering and billing function for flats connected to the new energy centres.
