Tender description

The FCA is seeking a Supplier(s) to provide new office furniture, reuse and refurbish existing furniture and furniture support services for a term of 4 years. The contract(s) is for all FCA offices in the UK which currently includes an office of 100 people in Edinburgh. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new or refurbished FCA owned office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Workstations; — Task Chairs; — Filing cabinets; — Lockers. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Meeting room tables and chairs; — Boardroom furniture; — Restaurant furniture. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Breakout furniture; — Alternative work settings e.g. atrium collaboration, quiet zone. — On-site furniture technicians; — Move management; — Management of keys and locks; — Managing FCA stock of crates and supply of additional crates; — Furniture storage; — Space planning and utilization management; — Signage such as changes due to move management. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier for the purchase and/or sustainable disposal of existing FCA office furniture. This will include items such as system furniture, filing, racks, meeting room tables, soft seating, kitchen equipment, AV equipment, etc.
