The works generally consist of an extension to the existing Community Centre to include a two storey building (925 SqM approx.) including a café, kitchen, retail units and meeting rooms and the refurishment of the existing sprots hall, offices and support areas (700SqM approx.), mechanical & electrical installation, external works and site development works including parking, landscaping and drainage.
