HR and Payroll Soft Market Testing. Bristol City Council (‘BCC’) is undertaking a Market Testing Exercise in relation to HR and Payroll solutions available. This will feed into the development of BCC's ongoing strategy in this area. BCC is open minded as to how an organisation may provide an HR and Payroll solution and is willing to consider provision of a system (that may be hosted internally, externally or cloud based) or a service. Any solution will need to integrate into BCC's existing systems, e.g. finance, security, ICT, Active Directory etc. For the avoidance of doubt, this process is for the purpose of conducting a soft market testing exercise, and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by BCC to undertake any procurement exercise.
