Decoration work

Tender description

The University has tendered to establish a measured term contract for redecoration of it's existing premises throughout the campus. The university has over 100 buildings on and off campus ranging from teaching space and lecture theatres, laboratories and workshops, office space, student accommodation, farms and sports facilities. Redecoration work will be undertaken in all of these environments. The works will include for internal and external decoration to all surfaces to all property portfolio. The works comprise redecoration works called off on a measured term basis. The successful contractors will be required to provide works on a monthly basis over the period of the contract.
