Tender description
Brunel University London is seeking to appoint a catering contractor to provide catering services to students and staff on campus. The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bruneluniversity This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 201/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 Catering Services. The appointed Supplier will be responsible for the management, co-ordination and operation of the Services at the University. The Supplier shall work with the University in developing special menus and revising existing menus and/or product ranges to support promotions, functions and other events. The Supplier shall be required to provide imaginative, innovative and varied menu offers in keeping with the style and design of each facility.
