Tender description

The Services which are the subject of this SQ are in relation to the service, maintenance and repair of 353 passenger and goods lifts and associated equipment to the Councils Housing Stock and to Public Buildings within the Borough. The services include for: a) The service, maintenance and repair of existing passenger lifts in Council and Public buildings across the Borough; b) Carrying out ten annual services to 320 passenger lifts; c) Carrying out quarterly servicing to dumb waiters; d) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Greenwich Foot Tunnels; e) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Woolwich Foot Tunnels; f) Provide a breakdown service for lifts borough wide.
