Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Tender description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Contractor to provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance Services for the following categories of Services at the Premises: — General Electrical Inspection and Maintenance, — Emergency lighting (service start date 1.4.2018), — Generator testing and maintenance, — Lightning protection, — PAT testing, — Emergency call outs, — Minor works and any other required services which are linked to the above Services and reasonably requested by the Authorised Officer.
