Tender description
Subject matter of this call for tenders is exploration of the potential applicability to the European service sector and the wider socio-economic implications of 5 recent/ongoing technological innovations. The work will essentially consist in developing 5 separate studies, each one focusing on a (potentially) ‘game-changing’ technology in European services. These can be broadly considered as exploratory case studies, drawing from different sources of information available (including the collection of new information, particularly of a qualitative nature). The 5 specific technology studies will follow common guidelines and will be reported using a common template.
