Tender description

Audience research services for the Royal Museums Greenwich (RMG) brand, which encompasses the National Maritime Museum (NMM), the Royal Observatory (ROG), the Cutty Sark (CS), and the Queen's House (QH). The contract will have a duration of 3 years with the option to extend to 4 years. Applicants are invited to pre-qualify for the contract for Audience Research Services,The scope is to deliver a year-round programme of on-site audience research in order to gain actionable insight that will help drive more visits to Royal Museums Greenwich, for a duration of 3 years. with the option to extend to 4 years. The key tasks to be performed by the successful Tenderer shall be: — Conduct on-site, in-person surveys at all our sites to collect data about our visitors: their profile, motivations, triggers and behaviours. The sample size must be statistically robust. — Design and produce a questionnaire to collect the data. — Compile, analyse, and report on the data quarterly and annually in order to provide actionable insight, with appropriate levels of recommendation and context in the marketplace.
