Tender description

This ‘PIN has been issued to inform potential providers of Hartlepool Borough Council’s intentions to advertise a contract opportunity in the near future for a range of supported accommodation and floating support services for young people aged 16-24 who are Hartlepool residents and identified as being; Looked after Children, Care leavers, Teenage parents, Homeless young people, Unaccompanied asylum seekers. The Council hopes that this PIN will enable potential providers to prepare and plan for any forthcoming tendering process. Any subsequent Invitation to Tender will likely be published mid June 2017 and broken down into the following Lots: — Supported Housing — LAC / Care Leavers / Homeless / Crash Pad Providers / including Inreach and transitional outreach support. — Supported Housing — Young Parents — including Inreach and transitional outreach support. — Floating Support Outreach. There will also be a separate Dynamic Purchasing System for Post 16 Unregulated Providers. Any subsequent tendering process will be advertised to the open market. Any subsequent Invitation to Tender will managed on the NEPO Procurement Portal (ProContract — Due North). Potential providers are encouraged to register on the system and familiarise themselves with it in advance of any Invitation to Tender being published.
