The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process using a single stage Open procedure to award a contract. The Contracting Entity is seeking to purchase gas for its own use as stock for the operation of the Transportation System. The Contracting Entity is seeking to purchase gas for its own use as stock for the operation of the Transportation System. This is a single stage open procedure pursuant to which Gas Networks Ireland shall first determine the financial and technical capacity of bidders against the selection criteria minimum requirements and then proceed to evaluate the tenders of only those bidders who pass the selection criteria stage.
