Tender description
New campus to be constructed in the grounds of the existing Tain Royal Academy. Works comprise a nursery, primary school, secondary school, special needs school, community facilities (including library, sports halls and swimming pool), and external sports fields, car parking, pedestrian footpaths and landscaping. The works will also include the demolitions of the existing secondary school and adjacent property at 9 Hartfield Road, Tain. Construction works, form of contract is SBCC Design and Build. Applicants are expected to have had experience with this form of contract. To be awarded on a most economically advantageous basis with a 60/40 price quality split respectively.
