Tender description

Services to deliver Statutory Servicing, Testing and Reactive Maintenance. The Council are seeking to appoint new contractors for the provision of services from 1.6.2017 for an initial contract period of 2 years until 31.5.2019 with an option of further extension for a period of 2 x 1 year extensions enabling the maximum contract period running until 31.5.2021. The contract is divided into 6 individual Lots as described below: Lot 1 Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance for Carlisle and Eden; Lot 2 Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance for Allerdale and Copeland; Lot 3 Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance for Barrow and South Lakeland; Lot 4 Building Services Reactive and Planned Preventative / Statutory Maintenance for Carlisle and Eden; Lot 5 Building Services Reactive and Planned Preventative / Statutory Maintenance for Allerdale and Copeland; Lot 6 Building Services Reactive and Planned Preventative / Statutory Maintenance for Barrow and South Lakeland.
