Building construction work

Tender description

As part of the overall programme for Cardiff University's Innovation System Campus, services are required to complete three new construction projects: (i) Translational Research Facility (TRF) (ii) Innovation Central (IC) and (iii) Public Realm (incorporating pedestrian bridge link). The procurement of design and build services via a single stage tender process are required from RIBA Stage 4 to achieve successful completion. An industry day will be held at the University to openly communicate the details of the overall programme and specific projects which is open to all interested organisations. Representatives from the University, project management, and design teams will present details and be available to respond to questions from all interested organisations at the industry day which will be held on 15.6.2017 at Cardiff University (specific time and building location to be confirmed).
