Tender description

The Provision of Cleaning Services for Dover Christ Church Academy. Dover Christ Church Academy is looking to appoint a provider to deliver first class Cleaning Services across the Academy site which is located in Dover, Kent. The successful provider will be able to achieve consistently high standards of service, demonstrate exceptional levels of organisation, operational management, resourcing and commitment. The contract will be awarded on or after 1.8.2017 and shall continue for 3 years. The Academy also reserves the option to extend the initial 3 year term for a further 2 years, which will be agreeable annually based on the provider's good performance. An implementation period of approximately 1 month has been allowed for between the contract award date and commencement of services in September 2017.
