Reactive Maintenance Tender

Tender description

Plymouth Community Homes Ltd. (hereafter PCH or Employer) is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified Contractors for inclusion on a framework for the provision of reactive maintenance works to our PCH homes, to supplement their existing in-house capacity. PCH’s detailed requirements are defined in the Specification document and other documents that are attached. It is expected that the framework duration will be for four years. The framework will have an estimated total value of £4,000,000, covering individual works up to a value of £150,000.
