Leicester City Council Children's Services department invites Tenders for the provision of Window Replacement Scheme for: Overdale Junior School and Braunstone Frith Infants School. Leicester City Council wishes to appoint single Supplier per lot, to provide: LOT 1 - Overdale Junior School: The existing windows at Overdale Junior School are currently single glazed windows in poor condition. The windows are to be replaced to all elevations as identified in the Property Health Condition Survey. Site Address: Overdale Junior School, Eastcourt Road, Leicester, LE2 3YA Works Start Date: 18th August 2017 Works End Date: 23rd November 2017 Contract Length: 13 weeks LOT 2 - Braunstone Frith Infants School: The existing windows at Braunstone Frith Infants School are currently single glazed windows in poor condition. The windows are to be replaced to all elevations as identified in the Property Health Condition Survey. Site Address: Braunstone Frith Infants School, Cuffling Drive, Leicester, LE3 6NF Works Start Date: 14th July 2017 Works End Date: 8th December 2017 Contract Length: 22 weeks
