Tender description

Aylesbury High School is a girls' grammar school with Academy status located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The school has a sixth form and educates girls from the age of 11 through to 18 years old with a current roll of around 1 300 students and 135 staff. The school is located on a single site and runs an on premises Windows-based network. There are approximately 450 clients comprising desktops, laptops, tablets and Chromebooks. There are strong aspirations within the school to move to cloud based technologies in the future and all users currently use Google Apps for Education. The successful bidder will be expected to manage the complete IT life-cycle of the school from initial advice and installation through to the day to day support and management. The school currently owns all its hardware and IT infrastructure. The Contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. Estimated full contract value is expected to be in the region of 375 000 GBP.
