Tender description

Supply of housing management and maintenance services to two housing associations as the Contracting Authorities, Cossington Housing Co-Operative (CHC) and Belgrave Housing Co-Operative (BNHC). Currently the housing management and maintenance service is predominantly delivered from a local building, currently owned jointly by both PA Housing and four local housing management co-operatives. The services to be supplied under the Agreement include: — Housing Management, — Housing Maintenance, — Accounting and Banking, — Education and Training, — Administration and Committee Servicing including the AGM, — Social Activities, — ICT services. It is anticipated that the new service provider(s) will provide these services to the housing co-operatives and the working arrangements will be reflected in a new Service Agreement.
