Tender description

M1 under bridges, M1 slip road; as per attached drawing: brent cross phase 1A — general arrangement tender packages zones BXCR-ACM-ZZ-ZZ-SK-CE-00001P02. Brent Cross London is part of a planned new town centre development in Cricklewood, London, United Kingdom. The overall Brent Cross Cricklewood development will provide 7 500 homes, 4 000 000 sq ft (370 000 m2) of offices, four parks, transport improvements including a new Thameslink Station, new schools and a 592 000 sq ft (55 000 m2) extension of Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Phase 1A of the scheme comprises of major infrastructure highways, roads, bridges, river works, utilities and diversions required for the new shopping centre development and southern development. The subject of this procurement is the works relating to Infrastructure Package 3 (IP3): M1 Under bridges and M1 Slip Road.
