Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is investing in a mixed-use redevelopment scheme to create new and improved community facilities and residential apartments on the site of the existing East Barnwell Centre. CCC is assessing build options and future governance arrangements to choose the most suitable option. As part of this the Council wish to undertake soft market testing with potential operators of the Centre, who would be contracted to both provide services and operate elements of the building on behalf of CCC and/or the Council’s independent housing and investment company.
