Tender description
The London Borough of Sutton (the Council) is currently progressing the development of a workspace project in Beddington on a site owned by the Council. The Council intends to lease the facility to an experienced enterprise space operator on a long term basis. The operator would be expected to run and manage the facility as a workspace offering affordable and accessible tariffs supporting start-ups and small businesses- on a co-working basis, small studio spaces or workshops. This is a market consultation exercise in which we are asking operators a set of questions to help shape the future commission of this project.
