Andium Homes - Planned Cyclical Decoration Contracts (Local Contractors Only)

This contract is available to Jersey registered companies ONLY . Andium Homes is looking to enter into a number (Minimum of two) 7 year (with possible option to extend) contracts with individual contractors to proactively carry out a planned cyclical redecoration programme, including pre-decoration repairs to specified estates within the contract (Approximately 225 estates). The packages include: The supply and delivery of a Planned Cyclical Decoration Contract, based on scheme/estate/block/property based pricing against a defined specification of works. Each package will be assessed based on a 40% price: 60% quality Ratio. The contractors will also be subject to incentivised KPI's during the course of the contract. Keywords: decoration
