Tender description

Structural solution to repair superstructure from previous issues of movement due to nearby trees (since felled). Externally: Erection of mobile scaffolding where appropriate. Rebuilding section of rear elevation brickwork. On appropriate sections of external walls, locally hack off pebble dash render, supply and inject cracking with thixotropic resin and re-render including EML to match existing as closely as is reasonably practical or provide an equivalent stitching and structural strengthening solution. Form a full length movement joint at the junction between the main property and (assumed) extension, make good. Redecorate where appropriate. Internally: To hack off plaster where deemed appropriate, supply and inject a thixotropic epoxy resin into the cracking, re-plaster including for EML and skim to flush with existing. To rake out and fill minor cracking. To prepare and decorate all walls and ceiling using Dulux Emulsion or similar, inclusive of woodwork (affected areas only).
