Tender description

DVLA has an ongoing business requirement for provision of a Secure Courier to carry out its transportation needs in line with the following requirements. DVLA requires a secure mail service for the secure transfer of certain DVLA mail between its headquarters in Swansea (at Morriston and Fforestfach) and its remote network workers located at 18 Offices throughout the United Kingdom. These offices support the DVLA's ANPR operators, and Enforcement officers. The DVLA also utilises the services of Post Office Ltd, to undertake activity on Returned to Drawer (RD) cheques and therefore transports documentation to and from The Post Office Ltd Provision is also needed for Ad hoc requirements which require a secure delivery and collection service, these include CD/media, portable hard drives, court papers
