Tender description

YPO were looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Commercial Catering Equipment, Design, Installation and Servicing for use primarily in the education market. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders with YPO or directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. The Design Layout, supply and installation of kitchen refurbishment and new build projects to be delivered UK wide. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Prime Cooking Equipment Nationwide. This Lot includes hotplates, boiling tables, hobs, grills, fryers and ovens. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Beverage Equipment Nationwide including ice machines, juicers and water boilers. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Ware Washing Nationwide including dishwashers and glass washers. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Food Preparation nationwide including mixers, vegetable preparation machines and food slicers. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Heated and Ambient Display nationwide including glass display cabinets, heated display merchandisers, carvery units, counter tops, and hot cupboards. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Refrigeration nationwide including bottle coolers, fridge cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Shelving and Storage nationwide including shelving, racks, cupboards and cabinets. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — General Fabrication nationwide including hand wash basins, sink units, tables and benches. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Commercial Kitchen Extraction including canopies. The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment — Cash Registers and Cash Collection Points nationwide. Basic and restaurant style cash registers. The Installation of Commercial Catering Equipment nationwide, no supply but inclusive of items referred to within the other Lots (2-11).
