Tender description

The scope of works will include building works, including Cyclical Decorations, Pitched Roofing, Drainage Works and General Building Works, to Waverley Borough Council's housing stock of approximately 4 900 dwellings and 780 garages. The framework will have a duration of four years, however, the complete scope of works, delivery methodology and therefore overall value, are not fully concluded at this time and will be subject to further reviews. Further information will be provided at a proposed ‘Meet the Buyer’ session (soft market test event), the details of which are provided within this Prior Information Notice. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest to participate in the procurement process. Waverley Borough Council is issuing this Prior Information Notice to notify organisations of a forthcoming soft market testing exercise, which will take place in the form of a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event. This event will provide further details of the proposed contracts and seek relevant feedback from attendees. Organisations that would like to attend the event are to email Waverley Borough Council's Procurement Consultant, Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP, via procurement@effefftee.co.uk , referencing WBC-FW. Closing date is Friday 9.6.2017. The event will incorporate two sessions, and will be included within two PIN notices. Further details are provided within the Additional Information element.
